Welcome to US Embassy Tel Aviv’s Non-Immigrant Visa Website.  If you are viewing this page, it is because your visa required additional processing.  Below are the application numbers of the visa applicants whose visas are ready to be issued.    If your number does not appear below, your case is still processing.  Please do not contact the Embassy to inquire further.  This list is updated daily.  

To check if your application number is below press F3 (CTRL+F) and enter the confirmation number from your DS-160 application, this is the number that the Consular Officer wrote on your form and is the number below the barcode on your application.

If the confirmation number appears in the list, your visa is ready to be issued.  In order for us to complete the issuance of your visa, your passport should be returned to the Embassy.  Here is how you return your passport to us—please read carefully:

• You should submit your passport to the nearest UPS service center (click the link to see the locations)—please submit your passport with the form (most likely the form will be green, blue, or white) that the Consular Officer gave you at your interview.  UPS will deliver the passport to the Embassy. Upon issuance of your visa, the passport will be returned to you by UPS at the address you originally provided. 
• If your interview appointment took place BEFORE December 14, 2011, do not submit your passport through UPS.  For further instructions,  please contact the Embassy. 
• NOTE:  If the visas of your family are pending approval of your visa, please send their passports along with yours.

IMPORTANT!  If your application number is below and you need to depart to the United States within the next two weeks, DO NOT send your passport to us via UPS. In this case, please come in person to the Embassy with your passport and the form that the Consular Officer gave you (green, blue, or white) and show that form to the greeter at the entrance to the Embassy.   You can do this only Monday through Thursday from 14:00-14:30.  Please note that we will not be able to issue your visa the same day.
