Employee’s E visa application
Each file must include an application on behalf of the employee the
company is interested in relocating to the U.S.
Applicants must submit the following forms and documents to support
their claim to an E status. Such documents must convince the consular
officer that the applicant is essential to the operation of the company
in the U.S.
The applicant needs to submit the following documents in order to
receive a visa:
- DS-160 application form (CEAC). You can access the
form through the following site: https://ceac.state.gov/genniv/.
The online processing steps are as follows:
- Choose the post where you will apply for the visa.
- Enter your personal data into sections of the form.
- Upload a photo to CEAC.
- Review the completed CEAC application data.
- Digitally sign the CEAC application.
- Print the CEAC Confirmation page and submit it with the rest of the supporting documents.
Please note, if there is no activity for 20 minutes or more in the process of completing this online application, your session will expire and all entered data will be lost.
- The green and red copy of the Israeli post office receipt equivalent to $390.
- Passport picture (5cm x 5cm) - with light background.
- DS-156 E (Part 3).
- Employee’s CV (Curriculum vita).
- Formal letter on company letterhead explaining the reasons why the employee must be in the U.S. and a description of his responsibilities.
- Photocopy of the employee's passport - Biographic
page.
