List serve service for American citizens

The Embassy will e-mail to you travel warnings, public announcements, and warden messages on safety and security issues in Israel (this service is also known as the "warden system"). * The Embassy is offering a new list serve service for American citizens. This free service is administered by a private, contracted firm [Databack].  The sole use of this information is to provide Americans with information about situations and alerts. The information will not be used for any other purposes or consular programs.  These contract services are provided officially on behalf of the Department of State and is covered in the Privacy Act of 1974 (as amended).  The information provided by you or the Embassy are therefore subject to the provisions of the Privacy Act (5 USC, 552a).
