  • Please note that there are no longer Federal Benefits services in Tel Aviv. All Federal Benefits services should be directed to the U.S. Consulate in Jerusalem.  The U.S. Embassy in Tel Aviv no longer has access to the Social Security Administration computer system and does not provide Federal Benefits services.  Therefore, all inquiries related to applications for Social Security Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Personnel Management, and Railroad Retirement Board must be referred to the Federal Benefits Unit in Jerusalem. 

    To receive direct service from trained Federal Benefits specialists, you should direct all such inquiries towards the Federal Benefits Unit at the U.S. Consulate General in Jerusalem.  They can be contacted at:
